Rainbows and Flowers

Life is not always rainbows and flowers, but within God's will it's good,
And I hope to ever dwell there, and do all the things I should,
That I would be the person, who always reflects God's amazing love,
So some folks might even think, I am an angel from above,
And though I am not perfect, I always strive to be,
For since I've accepted Jesus as Savior, there's been a great change within me,
The things I used to like to do, aren't that important now,
And the things I need to be doing, well I am starting to learn how,
Just to saturate myself in the Word, and spend a lot of time just praying,
And making sure that on the straight and narrow, is the place that I am staying,
For life is so much sweeter, when operating in God's power,
And then it really seems like life, is only rainbows and flowers.
