Oh Lord it seems that most times, I am my own worst enemy,
And Satan is always trying to hide, the knowledge of Your truth from me,
So Lord every day I seek, only Your will to obey,
I know all You speak is righteous, and I believe every word You say,
For Lord I want You to draw up the blueprint, that I am to live by,
And realize that all the devil's temptations, are just a bunch of lies,
My spiritual battle is constant, but I decide what I'm going to do,
And my life is so much easier, when I keep my thoughts on You,
Lord Your Word is still so relevant, for my life today,
That is why in the sanctuary of Your presence, is where I want to stay,
Lord purge all that is within me, that makes me my worst enemy,
So I can be everything and more, that You want me to be.
