The Best Creation

Being in the country just chilling out, with nothing much man-made around,
With the wind blowing through the trees, or a brook making the only sound,
Taking in all of this beauty, makes me stand here in awe and wonder,
Just what is it holding up this glorious blue sky, that I am standing under?
But this is only a small part, of the makings of my creator,
And I know from reading in His Word, that there is so much more,
For a deer could walk out of the woods, or a bird fly overhead,
There a fish jumped clear of the water, and there is a wild rose so red,
And the grass is just so very green, and the trees are oh so tall,
I scarce can take the whole of it in, but I know who made it all,
Of all the wonders and miracles on this earth, everything I see,
The greatest thing God has ever done, is create a new heart in me.
