Brand New

As the moon reflects the sun, Lord let me also reflect You,
So I can be in Your will, in everything I say and do,
My relationship with You, gets sweeter as the years go by,
And You Lord keep me living, on a spiritual high,
I don't have to make a lot of resolutions, at the start of every year,
For I won't have any failures, as long as I always hold You near,
It is Your strength Lord that keeps me going, all year long,
So I won't fall for any of the devil's temptations, so I won't do any wrong,
If any changes need to be made, it is my life that needs to rearrange,
For You Lord are ever constant, and You Lord never change,
So even if it's cloudy, the sun rises to dry up the morning dew,
And I know Lord that it's You, that makes every day brand new.
