Growing Up Into Him

May we grow up into Him in all things, that is Christ, which is the head,
Who lives and reigns on high, even though for our sins He once was dead,
May we walk daily in His love, and spread it all around,
So the world may know our Savior, none more righteous have I found,
For the only one who was ever perfect, took on all our filthy sins,
The final and most precious sacrifice, our salvation is in Him,
And He did this because He loved us, more than anything,
This is the reason why now, it is my life to Him I bring,
And even this is nothing, compared to what His hanging on a cross cost,
Yet Jesus suffered death so the way to eternal life, would not be lost,
I again remind you that because of love, all of this was done,
I pray now that you know Him personally, Jesus, God's only Son.
