Without Fear

My flesh is my worst enemy, I fight it all the time,
And I'm sure across the centuries, it's the cause of many crimes,
Now I don't know that I've done anything, that would put me into jail,
But I sure have done more than enough, to send my soul to hell,
And if not but for the grace of God, I know this would be true,
Yet I answered the call to His salvation, and my heart has been renewed,
I am living in the spiritual, so I am stronger than my flesh,
Now I am seeking out God's will, and I am truly blessed,
Temptation is still out there, I pray to avoid it every day,
And this is a whole lot easier to do, when one is walking in God's way,
Please be ever vigilant, the evil one is always near,
But being covered by the blood of Christ, I can live life without fear.
