Lord by Your Will

Lord I thank You for giving me the courage, to walk by faith and not by sight,
For I know You hold my future, and I am guided by Your light,
The straight and narrow leads toward good things, it is the Way I need to go,
And Your Word, the Bible, helps me learn the things I need to know,
For who but You is so faithful, and loves me like You do?
And who but You can change an old sin-scarred heart, and make it be brand new,
To live righteously and to be single-minded, is my daily goal,
For Lord You are my Savior, and You have truly saved my soul,
To be with You forever, that is where I plan to spend eternity,
To live for You here on earth, that is the person I want to be,
To lead others to You, that is the commission I need to fulfill,
To wake each morning and say, today Lord help me to do Your will.
