One Nation Under

I pray God for our great nation, that from its evil ways we would repent,
That we would know Your truths, and seek the one You sent,
For we can not continue, down the path that we now trod,
But we need to get back to being, one nation under God,
To the mountains majesty, and from sea to shining sea,
There needs to be some changes, if America is going to remain free,
We can't expect our leaders, to take up the fight,
But it is we, the people, who need to rise up in the dawn's early light,
To see old glory flying, really touches my heart,
But I don't want to see what it stands for, broken down and torn apart,
May we return to what we founded our country on, so our flag will ever wave,
Keep, love, and protect us God, this land of the free, and home of the brave.
